We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to customers, ensuring the functionality and efficiency of various equipment and systems.
Duties
Conduct installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
Perform regular inspections to identify potential issues
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate technical guidance
Document all service activities accurately
Qualification
Experience in technical sales is a plus
Strong Elecrtonic / electrical skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English/Hindi
