(Service Engineer /Technical Support Engineer)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sr. TSE, Location - North India (Noida).

-To look after all the technical support related activities of company products. Some points are given below,

Work to generate service revenue by taking AMC.

Do the job of installation, repair, preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of equipment.

Maintaining healthy relationship and exploring the business opportunities with existing customers.

Technical demonstrations/presentations of the products.

Technical execution of project

Preparation of project activity report for management.

Repair of PCBs Component Level.

Fault Diagnosis and rectification.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Applicant should have diploma or B.Tech /BE in Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering with good knowledge of Electronics & Electrical Engineering.

-Knowledge of repair and installation of power electronics products and PCB testing & measuring instrument, LT/HT Cable Fault Locator, LT/HT Panels are preferable and desired.

-Good communication skill in English/ Local language is mandatory.

-Should have minimum relevant experience at least 2 years.
