Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Service Engineer

to handle installation, maintenance, and servicing of machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with industrial/service machinery and possess strong troubleshooting and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, commission, and service machinery at client sites. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of machines. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in mechanical/electrical systems. Maintain service reports and documentation for all field activities. Coordinate with the service team and provide feedback for product improvement. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and provide technical support. Maintain inventory of service tools, spare parts, and consumables. Adhere to company policies and safety standards during service operations.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of

machinery servicing and maintenance

. Understanding of

mechanical/electrical drawings

and schematics. Excellent

problem-solving and analytical

abilities. Good

communication and customer interaction

skills. Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
