Job Title: Service Engineer (80% Travel)

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monthly 2 Saturday working)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled

Service Engineer

with 6 months to 1 year of experience as a

Site Engineer

or

Service Engineer

. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in

installation, troubleshooting, networking

, and a strong technical understanding. The role involves frequent travel to client sites for service support, installations, and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

installation, configuration, and testing

of equipment or systems at client sites. Diagnose and

troubleshoot technical issues

to ensure smooth system operation. Provide

on-site and remote technical support

to clients. Handle

network setup and connectivity

related to system integration. Coordinate with the internal technical and support teams for escalation and issue resolution. Maintain detailed service and maintenance reports. Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service. Willingness to

travel extensively

to various client locations.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in

Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related field

. 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in

service, maintenance, or site engineering

. Strong knowledge of

networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP configuration, routers, switches, etc.)

. Good understanding of

hardware installation and troubleshooting

. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Willing to travel frequently

for on-site projects.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience with

RFID, automation, or industrial systems

. Familiarity with

customer support processes

and documentation.
