Opening for Field Service Engineer,

Job description:

Manage all on site services, repair, maintenance and test tasks

Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

Produce timely and detailed service reports

Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization

Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings

Evaluating the performance of team members and submit reports to the immediate heads.

Conduct surveys to understand the need and requirements of the customers within the territory and maintain a strong working relationship with them.

Attend trade shows to promote the products and services of the company.

Travel within the assigned territory as and when required.

Requirements:

Candidate should be Mechanical Engineer holder, or a mechanical Engineering Diploma holder.

Experience from automotive Industry is an added advantage. (Electronic Vehicle Engineer)

Good communication Skill

Willing to travel whenever its required.

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Day shift Mon to sat 9:30 to 7:00 pm (Flexible)
