Perform installation, commissioning, and servicing of hydraulic systems and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic failures, leakages, pressure issues, and performance problems.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites.
Inspect, repair, and replace hydraulic components such as pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, and fittings.
Conduct pressure testing and functional checks after service activities.
Prepare service reports, job cards, and maintenance records.
Coordinate with production, design, and spares teams for technical support.
Follow safety procedures while working on-site and at customer locations.
Provide basic technical guidance and support to customers.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Basic understanding of
hydraulic systems, circuits, and components
.
Ability to read hydraulic schematics and technical drawings.
Knowledge of troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair practices.
Willingness to travel to customer locations and work in the field.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer skills for report preparation.
