We JK Medical has been passionately involved in developing, manufacturing and marketing respiratory & critical care products such as spirometry filters. we also import & market exclusively Lawton & Micromed surgical instruments, NDD spirometers / PFTs, Bionet range of ECG machine, Bedside monitors, Pulse oximeter & Fetal monitors, and PARI nebulizers in India.

Job Summary

The Service Engineer (Biomedical Engineering) is responsible for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown service, and technical support of medical devices and related consumable products. The role ensures optimal equipment performance, compliance with safety standards, and high customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Commissioning

Install, test, and commission medical devices at customer sites Provide user training to clinicians, nurses, and technicians Ensure proper documentation and handover after installation
Service & Maintenance

Perform preventive maintenance (PM) as per OEM schedule Attend breakdown calls and rectify faults within defined TAT Diagnose hardware, software, and electrical issues
Consumables & Accessories Support

Guide customers on correct usage of consumables and accessories Ensure compatibility of consumables with equipment Support trials and demonstrations of consumables
Compliance & Documentation

Maintain service reports and installation records Support audits and inspections when required
Customer Support & Coordination

Provide technical support over phone / email / site visits Coordinate with sales teams
Spare Parts & Inventory

Identify spare parts requirements and raise indents Maintain tools, service kits, and test equipment Support warranty, CAMC, and AMC service activities
Experience: Fresher to Max 2yrs

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
