Role Description



The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of ozone generators and integrated ozone systems. This includes field visits across different regions, supporting AMC services, attending breakdown calls, performing site assessments, and training customers. Candidates must be ready to travel extensively, especially for North India support, and also for service requirements across South and other regions

Responsibilities



Install, commission, and test ozone generators, oxygen concentrators, air dryers, and integrated systems at customer sites. Handle preventive maintenance, calibration, and performance verification. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and process-related issues at STP, ETP, swimming pool, and industrial water treatment sites. Perform site inspections, collect technical details, and provide installation readiness guidelines to customers. Attend breakdown calls, coordinate closures, and ensure timely service reporting. Maintain service logs, job sheets, customer reports, and update service data in the system. Execute AMC visits, warranty service, and follow-up support. Train customers on system operation, safety, and basic troubleshooting. Provide field feedback to the service, R&D, and production teams. Ensure proper handling of tools, spares, consumables, and follow company safety protocols. Maintain good customer relationships and promote AMC renewals, spares sales, and service upgrades.

Qualifications & Skills:



Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Experience: Minimum 3 years in field service, installation, or maintenance (freshers may also apply) Strong documentation and reporting discipline Proficient in troubleshooting and basic electrical/mechanical understanding Ability to use testing tools & read wiring diagrams Good communication and customer-handling skills

Mandatory Requirements



Must be willing to travel across

North India

for service visits (and other regions as required) Hindi - must be able to manage customer interactions Must provide a valid

Fitness Certificate

(physically fit for field work & travel)

Pay:

?20,000 - ?35,000 per month (based on experience and skill level)
