Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair STABILIZER & TRANSFORMERS for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Installation: Install STABILIZER & TRANSFORMERS at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and configuration.

2. Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on STABILIZER & TRANSFORMERS, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal performance.

3. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot machine issues, identifying and resolving problems efficiently.

4. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

5. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of machine installations, maintenance, and repairs.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, production, and design teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

Requirements

1. Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Conditions: Candidate should require to travel out of station in some occasions. General working hours is 9 AM to 5:30 AM, however candidate may require to work even late night depending on the complaint status at client place.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
