Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out

installation, commissioning, and servicing

of CNC machines at customer sites. Perform

preventive and breakdown maintenance

of CNC machines (Turning, VMC, HMC, etc.). Diagnose and resolve

mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control system issues

. Ensure timely

troubleshooting of CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, etc.)

. Maintain detailed

service reports, maintenance logs, and customer feedback

. Coordinate with the

spare parts and design teams

for timely issue resolution. Provide

technical training and support

to customer operators and maintenance teams. Ensure all service activities follow

EHS and company safety standards

. Support

new machine trials and reconditioning projects

when required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

CNC machine maintenance, electrical circuits, PLCs, and drive systems

. Hands-on experience with

Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controllers

. Ability to read

electrical and mechanical drawings

. Good communication and customer handling skills. Willingness to travel for customer site support.

Qualification & Experience:

Qualification:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech - Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Electronics

Experience:

2-5 years in CNC machine service or maintenance (preferably in precision engineering or machine tool industry)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
