Job Summary:

We are hiring a

Service Engineer

to install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems at client sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper functioning of machines, providing technical support, and maintaining customer satisfaction through timely service.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment at client locations. Diagnose and repair faults in electrical, electronic, or mechanical systems. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule. Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers. Maintain service reports, documentation, and feedback records. Coordinate with the technical team for spare parts and escalations. Ensure safety and compliance during all service operations. Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely problem resolution.

Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering. 1-3 years of experience as a Service or Field Engineer (freshers can also apply). Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Willingness to travel for site support and customer visits. Good communication and customer-handling skills.
