Job Responsibilities:

Handle installation, commissioning, and maintenance of manufacturing machinery. Conduct troubleshooting and resolve technical issues at client sites. Perform routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and ensure machine performance. Provide post-installation support and training to customers on machine usage. Maintain accurate service reports, feedback, and customer documentation. Coordinate with the production and design team for technical improvements. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction. Follow safety standards and company policies during on-site and in-house servicing.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field. 1-3 years of experience as a Service Engineer in a manufacturing/industrial machinery domain. Strong knowledge of machine installation, servicing, and troubleshooting. Good communication and interpersonal skills for customer handling. Willingness to travel to client locations for service requirements. Immediate joiner preferred.
