We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Service Engineer

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing technical equipment and machinery at customer sites or remotely. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and test machinery, equipment, or systems at client locations. Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing as per schedules. Diagnose faults and provide timely repair solutions. Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits. Document all service work, including reports and maintenance logs. Train customers on equipment operation and basic troubleshooting. Collaborate with internal teams for product improvements and feedback.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field). 2-3 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or equipment installation. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and travel frequently. Valid driver's license.
