Role Overview:



The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing installation, commissioning, maintenance, and after-sales support for electrical and electronic systems manufactured and supplied by Geesys Technologies India Private Limited, including LT/HT Panels, Servo Stabilizers, ACDB, DCDB, Combiner Boxes, UPS systems, and other electrical products. The role requires strong technical expertise, customer-handling skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:



Install, test, and commission electrical panels, UPS, stabilizers, and other equipment at client sites. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable equipment operation. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems on-site and provide timely resolutions. Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for smooth execution of service activities. Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and documentation after every service call. Train customers/end-users on system operation and basic troubleshooting. Ensure adherence to safety standards and company service policies during field activities. Provide technical support to clients through phone, email, or site visits as required. Assist in warranty claims, spare parts replacement, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) execution. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, control panels, and power distribution systems. Hands-on experience in installation, testing, and troubleshooting of LT/HT panels, stabilizers, UPS, and related products. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and electrical schematics. Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites. Customer-centric attitude with professionalism.

Qualifications & Experience:



Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (or equivalent). 1-3 years of experience in service, maintenance, or commissioning of electrical systems. (Freshers with strong technical skills may also be considered.) Knowledge of safety standards, tools, and testing equipment.

Authority:



Report service issues and escalate unresolved cases to the Service Manager. Recommend spare parts or replacements required during maintenance. Guide and support junior service technicians when needed.

Working Conditions:



Field-based role with frequent travel. Work at client sites, industrial environments, and sometimes extended working hours.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
