Job Description

Perform installation, commissioning, and configuration of UPS systems and batteries at customer sites.
Diagnose and repair technical issues related to UPS and battery systems.
Carry out routine preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Respond to customer service calls and provide efficient field support.
Provide basic training to customers on installed equipment.
Support the sales team by giving technical inputs and solution recommendations.
Prepare service and installation reports for every site visit.
Ensure timely coordination with internal teams and clients.
Maintain inventory of tools, spares, and service parts.

Eligibility:

Diploma / ITI / - Electrical or Electronics
0-3 Years Experience (Freshers can apply)
Willing to travel for field support
Technical Skills: Understanding of power electronics, UPS topologies (offline/online), batteries (SMF/Tubular), and inverters. Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and electrical drawings.

Other Requirements: Good communication skills and customer service mindset. Willingness to travel for field support.

Job Location: Chennai & Nagapattinam (with travel to nearby customer sites)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary & Benefits:

?15,000/month (3-month training)

After training: ₹18,000 - ?21,000/month
