Key Responsibilities:

Installation and commissioning of laser cutting and welding machines at customer sites Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, perform repairs and replacements as needed Provide preventive and corrective maintenance services Educate customers on machine operations, safety protocols, and routine maintenance Maintain detailed service reports and customer documentation Coordinate with the internal technical and sales team for service schedules and feedback Ensure timely response to service calls and uphold customer satisfaction Willingness to travel across regions for onsite service support

Requirements:

BE/Diploma in

Electrical & Electronics (EEE), Electronics & Communication (ECE),

or

Mechanical Engineering

0-3 years of hands-on experience in industrial machinery service (experience in laser machines preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and customer-handling abilities Knowledge of electrical circuits, PLCs, sensors, and mechanical systems is an added advantage Freshers with technical aptitude and willingness to learn are welcome Ability to travel extensively and work at customer sites
