Service Engineer Job Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Installation and Commissioning

Install new equipment or systems at customer sites. Ensure proper setup and calibration according to specifications.

Maintenance and Repair

Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines or systems. Diagnose and repair technical issues or breakdowns. Replace or repair defective parts.

Technical Support

Provide remote or on-site support to clients or internal teams. Troubleshoot hardware and software problems. Advise customers on equipment use and maintenance.

Customer Interaction

Train users or clients on equipment usage. Build strong customer relationships through professional service. Act as the point of contact for technical support. Follow all safety protocols and industry standards. Ensure equipment meets regulatory and safety standards.

Skills required :

BE/B.tech in electrical/electronics/Textile background prefer

Fresher are welcome who are interested to travel with attitude to learn more

Experience in service field (1-2 years) of any elecrical/textile field is added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,086.00 - ?27,872.87 per month
