Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support for installation, commissioning, and performance monitoring of refractory products.
Coordinate and oversee product trials at customer sites, ensuring smooth execution and accurate reporting of results.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to refractory applications in thermal/process industries.
Conduct performance analysis and prepare technical reports for internal teams and customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and recommend suitable refractory solutions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular site visits, technical consultations, and after-sales service.
Train customer staff on proper handling, installation, and maintenance of refractory products.
Maintain accurate service records, project documentation, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Support business development by identifying opportunities for new products, services, or process improvements.
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards during on-site activities.
Skills & Competencies:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Ceramic, or Chemical Engineering.
2-5 years of experience in a technical service, application engineering, or field service role (preferably in refractory or thermal/process industries).
Strong understanding of refractory products, installation techniques, and thermal industry operations.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.
