Criteria:
Install, troubleshoot, and maintain CCTV systems and related equipment at the assigned site.
Ensure adherence to service standards, company processes, and policies across all service activities.
Attend customer complaints and resolve issues within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
Perform regular preventive maintenance as per the scheduled plan.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure smooth service operations.
Ensure timely billing, support payment follow-ups, and maintain zero billing penalties for assigned sites.
Proactively plan and arrange required materials, tools, and spare components for smooth workflow.
Execute repair and maintenance work accurately and within timelines as per company guidelines.
Share daily and weekly service reports promptly according to company reporting formats and timelines.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in CCTV installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Good understanding of electrical/electronics components.
* Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
