Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated

Service Engineer

to handle the

installation, commissioning, and maintenance

of CNC, SPM, and automation machines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues, ensuring optimal machine performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

installation, commissioning, and testing

of CNC/SPM/automation machines at client sites. Provide

preventive and corrective maintenance

support to customers. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system faults. Ensure proper documentation of service reports, maintenance logs, and feedback. Coordinate with the design and production teams for technical support. Provide technical training and guidance to customers' maintenance teams. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely service delivery. Travel to client locations as required for service assignments.

Educational Qualification:

UG:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.Tech or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Required Skills and Experience:

4-7 years of experience in CNC / SPM / Automation machine servicing. Strong knowledge of

mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical circuits

. Hands-on experience in

machine troubleshooting and maintenance

. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple service tasks.
