Position: Executive / Assistant Manager - Service

Division: Inkjet Printing & Solution



Location: Chennai /Delhi/ Jaipur / Kolkata



No. of opening: 1 opening in each location

Key Responsibilities:

Install and commission industrial inkjet printers at customer sites.

Perform scheduled maintenance and service checks.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems with hardware, software or ink systems.

Replace or repair defective parts, printheads and control modules.

Provide technical training and demonstrations to end-users, if required.

Document service reports, issues encountered and solutions provided.

Collaborate with the support team for escalation and resolution of complex issues.

Maintain spare parts inventory and tools.

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional support.


Requirements:



Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. Preferably Bachelor's degree.

1-3 years of experience in servicing inkjet printers or related printing machinery.

Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, electronic systems.

Ability to read circuit diagrams and technical manuals.

Familiarity with inkjet printing technologies and software.

Willingness to travel frequently to customer locations.

Good communication and customer handling skills.


Preferred Skills:



Understanding of ink types, viscosity, and ink delivery systems.

Knowledge of industrial automation.
