Job Description

1. Attend service and maintenance calls at customer locations (mostly Rice Mills) Installation & Commissioning of New Machinery Adjust and optimize machine settings for quality output (e.g., grain/rice sorting) Provide troubleshooting support for mechanical/electrical/electronic issues. Perform preventive maintenance and generate service reports. Coordinate with internal team for spare parts or upgrades if required. Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues quickly and effectively
