About the Role:

Veetrag Computers Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Service Engineer. The role involves supporting the sales and service teams by providing technical expertise during pre-sales activities, conducting product demonstrations, and assisting with installations. The engineer will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and obtaining at least 5 signed feedback forms each month.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Support

Assist the sales team with technical product knowledge and support during customer meetings and demos.

Conduct site assessments and product presentations to potential customers.

Help prepare technical proposals and configuration documents for IT products.

Customer Demonstrations & Installations

Perform product installations and provide technical demos at customer sites or remotely.

Ensure correct product setup and basic training for end-users.

Respond to customer queries during the pre-sales stage.

Customer Feedback & Reporting

Collect and submit a minimum of 5 signed customer feedback forms each month.

Maintain records of customer interactions, demo outcomes, and technical needs.

Generate monthly reports on demo performance, technical issues, and resolutions.

Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with the sales, service, and support teams to ensure smooth pre-to-post sales transitions.

Coordinate with logistics and technical teams for timely delivery and setup of equipment.

Product Knowledge & Training

Stay updated with the company's product offerings, particularly smart panels, cloud services, and software tools.

Provide internal training and support to team members as needed.

Monthly Targets:

Achieve a minimum of 5 product demos or technical presentations per month.

Submit 5 signed customer feedback forms per month as part of customer satisfaction monitoring.

Support sales team in achieving monthly sales goals by providing timely technical assistance.

What You Bring:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, IT, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in technical support, pre-sales, or service engineering.

Good communication and customer handling skills.

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Basic knowledge of networking, IT hardware/software, and installation procedures.

Willingness to travel locally for onsite demos and installations.
