Position: Service Engineer

Qualification: B.Tech (Any relevant discipline)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in the IVD industry

Location: Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities:

Installation, maintenance & troubleshooting of IVD instruments

Providing on-site technical support and customer training

Ensuring timely service reporting and documentation

Coordinating with the technical & sales team for smooth operations

Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to travel within the region
