Key Responsibilities

Service Engineers are responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment to ensure uptime and customer satisfaction. They also handle installations, preventive maintenance, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.

In this role, you'll:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues at customer sites. Install and commission Dynavac systems per technical standards. Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime. Provide on-site customer training and technical guidance. Prepare and submit detailed service reports and activity logs. Coordinate with sales, engineering, and support teams to resolve complex issues. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company guidelines. Drive improvements in equipment reliability and service processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.

Up to 30 years of age. 1-4 years of experience in servicing, installations, or maintenance of industrial equipment. Hands-on expertise with electrical/mechanical systems and diagnostic tools. Strong analytical, communication, and customer-facing skills. Ability to travel frequently and deliver results independently. Valid driver's license and physical capability to handle fieldwork.
