Job Title: Service Engineer - Refrigeration & Chiller Systems

Location: Hyderabad

Experience Required: 2-4 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Service Engineer with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining industrial refrigeration and chiller systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and ensuring optimal performance of Refrigeration cooling equipment across client sites.

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, commissioning, and routine servicing of chiller plants.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance as per service schedules.

Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for energy efficiency.

Maintain detailed service reports and documentation for each site visit.

Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.

Provide technical support and training to junior technicians when required.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in servicing industrial chillers, HVAC systems, or refrigeration units.

Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, compressors, evaporators, and control systems.

Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.

Good communication and client-handling skills.

Willingness to travel and work on-site as needed.

Fluency in English, Telugu and Hindi.

Preferred Skills

Experience with PLC-based control systems and BMS integration

Knowledge of refrigerants and handling procedures (R134a, R410A, Ammonia, etc.)
