\xc2\xb7 Improving dealer viability by focusing on increasing Service Business and improving service coverage to ensure profitability of channel partners
\xc2\xb7 Warranty Administration
\xc2\xb7 Customer Complaint handling and speedy Resolution of complaints thereby ensuring retention and improving vehicle inflow.
\xc2\xb7 Reducing dealer related complaints
\xc2\xb7 Monitoring daily service inflow at all the dealerships and area and State
\xc2\xb7 Monitoring AMC & Recon sales at the dealership
