Service Engineer
Designation: - Service Engineer
Education: - Diploma / PG Diploma in Plastic / Tooling / CIPET
Experience: - 4-5 years with Tool Making / Tool Maintenance / Injection moulding Process & Mold Try-outs with troubleshooting.
Job Location: - Pune
Must Have: - Driver's license and Two-Wheeler
: -

• Perform service activities like rework, modifications, repairs and installation of hot runner systems, and test them to ensure they are working correctly

• Provide technical support and training at customer site on how to use and maintain the system.

• Perform maintenance and provide customer support.

• Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair them.

• Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed.

• Explain issues with HRS systems and repairs to customers

• Establish and develop a strong working relationship with customer. He will represent our company in the field.

• Comply with all safety procedures and policies established

• Actively interface with customers at all levels. Ensure customer satisfaction through verbal and written communication

• Project a positive and confident attitude focused on meeting and exceeding customer expectations

• Able to conduct formal meetings with customer management personal

We Value: -

• Knowledge of various types of Polymers, e.g. PP, PC, PMMA, PBT, PA, POM, ABS, PC-ABS, PET

• Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills; capable of learning available analysis tools to solve

• Be able to work effectively both individually and with a group without need of direct supervision

• Provide occasional vacation coverage and 7 X 24 emergency support to customer and other technicians

• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job which include bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined space

• Be able to relocate within India if required
