Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across India and internationally

+ Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 12-14 years of relevant experience


OR

+ B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institute with 8-10 years of experience in Power & HVDC Transformers and Reactors
+ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
+ Execute installation, commissioning, maintenance, and evaluation of Transformer and Reactors
+ Manage task priorities, schedules, and subcontractor performance
+ Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry standards
+ Address customer complaints during warranty period and support spare parts sales
+ Provide back-office support for complaint registration and resolution coordination
+ Lead installation and commissioning of equipment up to 500 MVA / 765 kV
+ Implement and maintain QMS & EHS standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
+ Conduct NCR analysis and ensure timely CAPA implementation
+ Participate in factory quality initiatives and project closure activities
+ Supervise site and contractor manpower, ensuring adherence to EHS protocols including PTW and LOTO
+ Prepare and maintain EHS documentation as per Siemens and project requirements
+ Deliver remote and onsite technical support to customers
+ Contribute to process improvements and internal tool development
+ Strong customer orientation and teamwork skills
+ Proactive, adaptable, and self-driven
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
+ Willingness to travel extensively
