Job Title

: Service Engineer Responsible for Installing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining of Textile testing equipment (Lab & Online Monitoring systems) for weaving, spinning, or finishing process at client sites

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning: Set up and start new equipment at customer locations. Breakdown Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues quickly to minimize downtime. Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance as per company standards. Customer Support: Provide technical training to clients, offer solutions, and ensure high satisfaction. Reporting: Prepare detailed service reports, including parts used and work completed. Spare Parts: Coordinate with internal teams for part requirements.

Travel

: Be prepared to travel extensively across India (or globally).

Qualifications & Skills:

Education

: Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering ECE / Mechatronics / Textile Engineering

Experience

: 2-5 years in field service, technical support, or industrial automation.

Technical Skills

: Hands-on experience with industrial machinery, PCB, Embedded, automation, sensors is a plus.

Soft Skills

: Strong communication (English, Tamil & Hindi), problem-solving, time management, and ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
