Job Summary:

We are hiring a Service Engineer for our Pathankot branch operations. While our head office is located in Amritsar, this requirement is specifically for Pathankot. The candidate must have knowledge of UPS systems, batteries, and other electrical equipment, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The role includes installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of power backup systems to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair UPS systems, batteries, and other electrical equipment. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime. Conduct load testing, battery testing, and fault diagnosis. Maintain service records and prepare technical reports. Provide customer support and training when required. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ITI or Diploma in Electrical (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of work experience in UPS, batteries, or related electrical equipment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability. Understanding of electrical circuits and safety standards. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Willingness to travel for field service in Pathankot and nearby areas.

Salary:

Salary will be decided based on candidate's skills and experience.
