The Service Engineer will be responsible for installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown support of packaging machinery at customer sites. The role focuses on ensuring reliable machine performance, quick issue resolution, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and service packaging machines at customer locations.
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-related faults.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
Provide technical support and operational guidance to customers.
Maintain accurate service reports, service call logs, and spare parts usage records
Coordinate with internal service teams and head office for issue escalation and resolution.
Support AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities and spare parts handling
Assist in machine trials, demonstrations, and provide technical support during sales activities.
