The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing after-sales service support, handling product complaints, conducting demonstrations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating service activities across the Gujarat region.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to customer service requests, complaints, and inquiries related to garden and agricultural tools.
Conduct product installation, demonstrations, and service visits at customer locations.
Coordinate with dealers for service-related issues and spare parts support.
Maintain service records, visit reports, and customer feedback systematically.
Identify recurring issues and provide inputs to the technical or production team for quality improvement.
Ensure timely resolution of warranty and repair cases.
Support marketing and sales teams during product exhibitions, demos, and field trials.
Report field service performance and market feedback to the Service Manager/Head Office.
Qualifications and Skills:
B.Tech/Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Electrical / Agricultural Engineering (preferred).
2-4 years of experience in field service, preferably in agricultural equipment or similar industry.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email reporting).
