Job Summary

We are seeking a

Service Engineer

with strong experience in

Food and Pharmaceutical packaging machinery

, capable of independently handling

installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and lifecycle service support

in line with

European OEM quality and safety standards

.

This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy

hands-on engineering

, direct customer interaction, and working with

high-end European/Japanese packaging equipment

such as

Flow Wrappers, Thermoformers, Tray Sealers, Shrink Wrappers, and Integrated Packaging Lines

.

Installation, commissioning, and servicing of packaging machines used in

Food & Pharma industries- VFFS, HFFS , Thermoforming, Tray Sealer.

Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting at customer sites Understanding and working with

electrical wiring, control wiring, and logic

Reading and interpreting

electrical and mechanical drawings

Preventive maintenance, breakdown service, and corrective actions Handling

spare parts management

, identification, and replacement Managing

AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)

and service commitments Coordinating with customers to resolve technical issues efficiently Preparing service reports and documentation Supporting internal teams with technical inputs and feedback from the field.

Technical Skills & Requirements

Strong knowledge of

electrical and mechanical systems

in packaging machinery Hands-on experience with: Electrical panels Control wiring and logic Sensors, motors, drives, and pneumatics Ability to read and understand

electrical schematics and mechanical drawings

Experience in handling

spares planning and AMC contracts

Familiarity with packaging machines used in

Food & Pharma applications

Experience & Qualifications

3-5 years of relevant experience

in the packaging machinery industry Diploma / BE / BTech in

Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics

(preferred) Experience with OEM or system integrator is an advantage
