Key Responsibilities:
Install, commission, and service equipment at customer sites.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems quickly and efficiently.
Perform preventive maintenance and ensure maximum equipment uptime.
Provide on-site training and support to customer operators and technicians.
Prepare detailed service reports and update records of work completed.
Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, tools, and technical assistance.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow safety standards and company service procedures during all operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in
Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering
.
1-4 years of experience in
field service, maintenance, or technical support
(freshers with strong technical skills are welcome).
Good communication and interpersonal skills for client handling.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
