Job Summary:

We are looking for a technically skilled and proactive

Service Engineer - O&M

to support the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment systems across industrial and municipal sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal plant performance, conducting preventive and breakdown maintenance, and maintaining compliance with quality and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain water and wastewater treatment plants, including STP, ETP, WTP, RO, UF, and ZLD systems. Perform routine inspections, monitoring, and maintenance of plant equipment such as pumps, motors, membranes, filters, blowers, and chemical dosing units. Diagnose technical faults and perform corrective maintenance to minimize plant downtime. Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment and systems at customer sites. Maintain accurate records of plant performance, maintenance logs, and inventory of spare parts. Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) practices and company SOPs at all times. Interact with clients to address technical issues and provide on-site support and training as required. Coordinate with internal teams for service planning, escalations, and reporting.

Qualifications:

Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering. 2-5 years of hands-on experience in O&M of water/wastewater treatment plants or related systems. Sound knowledge of water treatment processes and technologies. Experience with pumps, valves, PLC-based control panels, dosing systems, and filtration units. Familiarity with SCADA and instrumentation systems is an added advantage. Willingness to work at client sites and travel as required.
