Role and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Responsible for Installation, Servicing, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Medical equipment s \xc2\xb7 Provides highest customer services standards in the Medical Equipment industry in the region \xc2\xb7 Investigating root cause analysis for machine breakdown provides solutions with minimum turn around time (TAT) \xc2\xb7 Research, understand proper service manuals to provide online and offline machine repair \xc2\xb7 Ensuring High Customer satisfaction and the performance of all instruments to full specifications \xc2\xb7 Performing corrective and preventive maintenance plans and handles customer complaints \xc2\xb7 Providing user training to customers and representatives on products & Services \xc2\xb7 Ability to understand the problems in order to provide accurate and tactful explanations to users \xc2\xb7 Should have good attention to details with strong interpersonal and presentation skills \xc2\xb7 Maintaining all equipment to its proper and uninterrupted working performance as per schedule \xc2\xb7 Ensuring all service goals such as response and call time, customer satisfaction levels are in place \xc2\xb7 Schedule and take follow up of preventive maintenance of machines. \xc2\xb7 Documenting the customer case history and spare parts consumption per machine. \xc2\xb7 Effectively manage and coordinate service activities of the medical equipments with the sales team \xc2\xb7 Assess, conduct and maintain ongoing preventive maintenance program for various equipments \xc2\xb7 Ensuring that medical instrument and equipment are in good condition at al times \xc2\xb7 Evaluation, replacement, service, repair and maintenance of medical devices and equipment \xc2\xb7 To provide necessary support to Sales, Service and Management in terms with equipments usage. \xc2\xb7 Conduct ongoing training and education activities about safe medical device uses and practices \xc2\xb7 Provide first hand support to the medical equipments during their breakdown and normal maintenance. Qualification and Skill Sets \xc2\xb7 Diploma, Engineer or Masters of (Bio Medical / Electronics / Computer Science / Electrical) \xc2\xb7 Minimum 1-2 of work-experience in relevant corporate hospitals or manufacturers \xc2\xb7 Strong problem diagnosis, problem solving skills, research and learning agility \xc2\xb7 Able to think clearly, independently and exercise own judgment. \xc2\xb7 Able to work accurately and with minimal supervision. \xc2\xb7 Ability to plan & organize ones work schedule effectively. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communicator with a good command of written and spoken English. \xc2\xb7 Spoken knowledge of Hindi and other local languages would be appreciated. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrates integrity and recognized as a role model by their peers and manager \xc2\xb7 Well versed with computers especially MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook / Internet and e-mail \xc2\xb7 Willingness to travel and willingness to relocate Free Feel to contact us :-8750609937 Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per month Schedule:
