Trane is thrilled to announce an exceptional opportunity for a talented professional to join our team as a Senior Engineer - HVAC at our Mumbai location. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for:

• Commissioning: Facilitating the commissioning of chillers and HVAC systems.
• Repair and Maintenance: Overseeing the repair and maintenance of all types of HVAC equipment.
• Team Management: Managing and coordinating with the service team to ensure efficient operations.
• Reporting and Billing: Collaborating with the Service Coordinator for report submission, billing, and parts requirements.
• Customer Engagement: Conducting customer follow-ups and meetings according to the schedule.

Where is the work:
Onsite: This position has been designated as On-Site based on Mumbai location.
What will you do:
In this role you will:
Commissioning of chillers and HVAC system
Services of all types of HVAC equipment.
Customer follow-ups and meetings according to schedule.
Team management & coordination with Service coordinator for their moments and for any requirements like parts etc.
Visiting the client site as per agreed SLA. For BD & PM of HVAC equipment's.
Weekly meeting with Team about concerns like safety, site audits & backlogs.
Update to service Manager & coordinator for the monthly plan.
What you will bring:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Commissioning & Service:
- Perform commissioning and servicing of chillers and HVAC systems.
- Address and manage complaints related to all models of chillers and low-side equipment, following ASM instructions and company guidelines.
2. Preventive Maintenance:
- Conduct timely preventive maintenance (PPM) for chillers as per company SOP and agreed SLAwith clients.
3. Root Cause Analysis:
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for failures and share findings with the Quality team and FFL.
4. Environmental Health and Safety (EHS):
- Ensure adherence to EHS guidelines as per Trane standards.
5. Customer Service:
- Handle all customer service requirements efficiently.
- Generate leads for potential business opportunities.
6. Quality Assurance:
- Ensure high-quality job execution and smooth, timely completion of assigned service tasks.
7. Reporting:
- Provide daily reports to the office and ASM.
- Share service reports with the deployer, including parts requirements.
8. Compliance:
- Hold a valid driving license for 4-wheeler/2-wheeler vehicles.
- Ensure all safety and vehicle audit requirements are followed and honored.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education:
- Minimum Graduation/Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (R&AC), Electrical, or Electronics.
Experience:
- 5-10 years of on-site experience working with chillers.
- Practical hands-on experience in chiller installation, warranty, and AMC services.
Technical Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of chillers.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Internet, and email communication.
Additional Requirements:
- Service Technicians should have operational user experience with MS Office, Internet, and email.
- A valid driving license for 4-wheeler/2-wheeler vehicles.
- Commitment to following all safety and vehicle audit requirements.
