Conducting installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of inverters, battery chargers, Permanent Magnet Alternator, and DC-DC converters.
Performing diagnostics and repairs both on-site and remotely.
Providing technical support and training to customers on product functionality and best practices.
Maintaining detailed service records, reports, and documentation using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Coordinating with the R&D and manufacturing teams for product improvements and technical feedback.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively, especially with PSU (Public Sector Undertaking) customers, particularly railway clients.
Collaborating with the sales and support teams to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Requirements
Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the service department servicing power electronics/electronics equipment.
Strong technical knowledge of inverters, battery chargers, and DC-DC converters.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.
Experience in handling PSU customers, preferably in the railway sector.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel for on-site service and customer support.
Experience with railway power systems or government contracts.
Certification in power electronics or related technical training.
