Company Description Superphoenix India LLP is a leading dealer of Dilo SF6 gas handling and SF6 leak testing units in India, UAE, and Kuwait. The company provides sales and support of Dilo\'s SF6 equipment and specializes in fields of \'SF6 gas handling\' and \'High pressure tube unions\'. They work with power transmission and distribution companies, semi-conductor industry, and medical equipment manufacturers to provide successful solutions to increase product quality and lifetime. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Mumbai but with flexibility for some remote work. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, communication, technical support, maintenance and repair of SF6 products. You will be required to provide efficient and effective support to customers on-site and remotely, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications This profile is for Beginners, 0-2 years experience preferred. Freshers can also be considered based on knowledge. Know-how of troubleshooting, field service, maintenance, and repair of SF6 products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide customer service in a helpful, friendly, and patient manner Strong technical support skills to support customers on-site and remotely Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields is preferred Knowledge of high voltage systems is a plus Fluent in English and Hindi, knowledge of other regional languages is a plus Ability to travel on short notice
