Job Description

The

Service Engineer

will be responsible for

installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance

of automation systems, variable frequency drives (VFDs), PLCs, instruments, and control panels at client sites. The role requires a hands-on professional with a strong technical background and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation, commissioning, and testing of

Drives (VFDs), PLCs, and Control Panels

. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to

automation systems and electrical instruments

. Provide

after-sales technical support

, preventive maintenance, and breakdown services. Coordinate with the

sales and project teams

for smooth project handover and customer satisfaction. Maintain

service reports, documentation, and feedback

records for all site activities. Conduct

customer training and demonstrations

on products and systems as needed. Ensure compliance with

safety and quality standards

during field operations. Regularly update knowledge of ABB and other OEM product lines and technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech

in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering. 1-4 years of experience in

industrial automation / electrical service / instrumentation

field. Hands-on experience with

ABB Drives, PLCs, and automation systems

(preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to

travel for site visits

and client support. Excellent

communication and customer service

skills. Knowledge of

electrical drawings, control circuits, and instrumentation

is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
