Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Service Engineer to join our team. This role involves providing maintenance and repair services for medical and dental equipment, ensuring high uptime and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

12. Install, maintain, and repair company equipment at customer sites.

13. Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot technical issues.

14. Achieve first-time fix targets by diagnosing and resolving problems efficiently.

15. Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule to reduce equipment downtime.

16. Maintain accurate documentation: service request logs, repair reports, and maintenance checklists.

17. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved and gather feedback.

18. Manage spare parts and tools inventory: ensure availability, track usage, and conduct stock audits.

19. Adhere to all safety standards and regulatory compliance during service operations.

20. Support the team in breakdown analysis and implement preventive measures to reduce future failures.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

21. Response Time & Resolution Time for service requests.

22. First-Time Fix Rate.

23. Customer Feedback Scores & Repeat Service Rate.

24. Scheduled Maintenance Adherence & Equipment Uptime.

25. Inventory Accuracy & Parts Availability.

26. Compliance Rate & Safety Incident Rate.

Required Skills & Competencies

27. Strong technical knowledge of medical and dental equipment, including installation, repair, and maintenance.

28. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

29. Effective communication and customer service skills.

30. Ability to work independently and manage multiple service tasks simultaneously.

31. Proficiency in maintaining service records and using basic computer applications.

32. Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements for medical equipment.

33. Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
