We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused
Service Engineer
to install, maintain, and support our systems and equipment at client sites. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth system performance, minimizing downtime, and delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Install and configure systems or equipment at customer locations
Troubleshoot and repair technical faults to ensure quick resolution
Perform routine preventive maintenance on systems and devices
Provide remote and onsite technical support and training to customers
Recommend system upgrades or replacements based on customer needs
Manage spare parts/tools inventory and report shortages
Collect customer feedback and suggest service improvements
Travel to customer sites for service calls, installations, and support
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering field; or relevant technical certification.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools, service software, and technical documentation
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Flexibility:
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings when required

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
