Job Description

Responsibilities of a Service Engineer:

Installation & Commissioning

Install and commission equipment or systems at client sites. Ensure systems operate according to specifications and client expectations.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines and systems. Diagnose technical problems and repair mechanical, electrical, or software faults.

Technical Support

Provide on-site and remote support to clients. Guide customers on equipment usage and best practices.

Documentation

Maintain service records, reports, and maintenance logs. Create service manuals and user documentation if required.

Customer Interaction

Communicate with clients to understand their issues and requirements. Train customers or operators on equipment handling and basic troubleshooting.

Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with internal departments (like design, sales, or production) to resolve complex issues. Report field issues and feedback for product improvement.

Spare Parts Management

Recommend and manage inventory of spare parts and tools for service work.

Compliance & Safety

Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
