Position Title: Service Engineer - Microimaging - Mumbai (JID000073)

Primary Role:

The primary role of a service engineer is to ensure the proper installation, maintenance, and functionality of Micro Imaging instruments, particularly high-end microscopes and advanced imaging tools & softwares. The incumbent will be responsible for setting up the equipment, calibrating it for optimal performance, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues,

and performing regular maintenance to prevent system failures.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for performing installation, calibration, validation, and commissioning of instruments. Responsible for instrument troubleshooting, maintenance, service, and repairs at the customer site. This is crucial to ensure the continuous operation of equipment and systems. Proven experience in achieving Service and spare part targets within an assigned territory. Provide support to customers all over north India on Instrument Operation on site as well as remotely. Maintain a calendar for preventive Maintenance visits, performing without causing delay and attending service calls from customers. Assisting customers on instrument handling operations and smooth functioning softwares.

Skills & Competencies:

Experience of handling Medical devices, especially High end & advance imaging
equipment & devices.
Should have a good customer service attitude. Willingness to travel extensively across the region. Self-starter with minimum assistance needed in performing the task. Problem solving attitude

Qualifications:

BSc/MSc, B.Tech/M.Tech from Biosciences or Life Sciences or Electronics & Telecommunication or Electric &Electronics or Biomedical Engineering

Experience:

2 - 5 Yrs

Additional Skills (If Any):

Preferably from Medical Equipment industry. Ability to learn fast. Team Player.
