Preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites
Coordination with customers, project teams, and internal departments
Preparing service reports, site visit reports, and closure documents
Ensuring compliance with
safety standards and site safety norms
Supporting panel modifications, upgrades, and retrofitting if required
Training customer maintenance staff during handover
