Academic qualification

Essential:

Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical engineering

Desired:

Degree Electrical / Mechanical engineering

Technical Skills

Knowledge of Servicing, Maintenance & Repairs

Knowledge of related machinery

Experience in effluent treatment based on membrane or related technology

Primary Responsibilities

To ensure smooth operation & maintenance of the plants.

To achieve the designed output (recovery as per the O&M Contract) of the plants.

To monitor performance & upkeep of plants.

To ensure periodic preventive maintenance of the plants thereby maximize mean time.

To Install & commission the plants in the most appropriate manner.

To analyze the reports and log sheets and take corrective & preventive actions.

To ensure proper coordination of dispatches

To scrutinize the log sheets.

To cull out the reports

To maintain workbook on daily basis

To initiate failure analysis report

To liaison with the clients as required

To forward monthly production reports to Zonal office / HO

To undertake periodic accounting of spares and consumables and make suitable forecast and projections of requirements of spares and consumables.

To reduce material consumption very possible and thereby reduce cost.

To ensure optimum utilization and development of human resources.

Secondary responsibilities

To transfer the data in the daily log sheets

To perform any duties assigned by the superiors.
