We are seeking experienced Service Engineers and Senior Service Engineers to join our team for maintenance and repair of electronic equipment and panels supplied to Indian Railways. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

Job Type: Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair electronic equipment and panels at various railway locations

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams

- Provide excellent customer service

Qualification:

- ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering

- Minimum 1year of experience in field service engineering

- Strong technical knowledge of electronic equipment and panels

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Senior Service Engineer:

- - ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering

- Minimum - 2 years of experience in field service engineering(In Indian Railways)

- Leadership skills to manage a team of service engineers

- Excellent project management skills

JD For Service Engineer

1. Service and Repair: Perform service and repair work on machinery, equipment, or systems at customer locations.

2. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve problems with machinery or systems.

3. Installation: Install new equipment or systems and commission them.

4. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure machinery or systems are running smoothly.

5. Customer Service: Communicate with customers and resolve their issues.

6. Reporting: Prepare reports on service and repair activities and submit them to management.

7. Safety: Follow safety rules and procedures to ensure own safety and that of others.

8. Tools and Equipment: Use tools and equipment and maintain them in good condition.

9. Travel: Travel to customer locations as required.

10. Time Management: Manage time effectively to complete all tasks on time.

JD for Senior service engineer

1. Leadership: Lead a team of Field Service Engineers and provide technical guidance and support.

2. Complex Troubleshooting: Handle complex troubleshooting and repair tasks that require advanced technical expertise.

3. Project Management: Manage large-scale projects, including installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment or systems.

4. Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and support to junior engineers and customers.

5. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

6. Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for junior engineers and technicians.

7. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

8. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is performed to high quality standards and meets customer requirements.

9. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on service activities, analyze data, and provide recommendations for improvement.

10. Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure alignment and drive business growth.

Pay: ₹9,004.36 - ₹38,773.34 per month
