- Service Engineer
Location: Pune
Experience Required: 0-2 Years (Industrial products, machinery, or capital equipment preferred)
Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, ENTC)

Department: PACE Reporting To: Service Manager Role Purpose To ensure timely installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of industrial sorting machines at customer sites to achieve maximum machine uptime and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities o Visit customer sites for installation, commissioning, servicing, and preventive maintenance of sorting machines (Cashew, Plastic, Rice, and Tea). o Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly at site. o Train machine operators and maintenance staff at customer locations. o Prepare service reports and update call closure details. o Follow company safety rules and site safety standards. o Coordinate with service coordinator and spares team for required parts. o Escalate repeated or complex issues to technical support or R&D; team. o Build strong customer relationships through professional service support. Key Skills & Competencies o Strong knowledge of electro-mechanical systems o Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills o Willingness to travel Pan India o Good communication and customer-handling skills o Basic knowledge of PLCs and automation (preferred) o Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
