Field Service Engineer

Position Purpose:

We are searching for a detail-orientated, deadline-driven Field service engineer to join our growing company. The field service engineer's responsibilities include repairing faults, servicing equipment, creating preventative maintenance strategies. To be successful as a field service engineer, He should be knowledgeable about machines and willing to accept constructive criticism.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

: -

Providing service and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to vendors, managing calendars, scheduling site visits, etc. Supporting to customers from technical as well as process aspect. Attending breakdown calls within warranty, out of warranty and AMC. Maintaining good relationship with clients and staff. Coordinating and responding to all requests of internal meetings

Education and Qualifications:

ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics Engineering. Basic Knowledge of Electrical English writing and speaking is must.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
